With online access to IO-Link sensor data sent from your machines, equipment and buildings, IO-GATE ensures the permanent monitoring of all important operations. Now imagine attaching a camera and connecting the multiple IOs for even greater task performance that you want to trigger. All this is packed in a robust IP67 housing for the most rugged environments.

As the world quickly moves to 5G, IO-GATE takes full advantage of this. It’s run by the versatile Debian Linux OS and it comes with powerful embedded hardware that excels at both edge computing and transmittance rates.

  • The IO-GATE and RoSo Device Management are designed with Security and Privacy as the guiding principles.

  • The IO-GATE Integrates a DeepCover controller from Maxim Integrated for embedded security solutions to cloak sensitive data under multiple layers of advanced physical security and to provide the most secure key storage possible.

  • It provides a 32KB of user-programmable EEPROM to securely store certificates, public keys, private and secret keys, monotonic counters, and arbitrary data. Cryptographic algorithms supported by the device include AES, ECC, ECDSA signature scheme, SHA, and MAC digest algorithms. The advanced physical, environmental and logical protections, are designed to meet the stringent requirements of FIPS and Common Criteria EAL4+ certifications. Support TLS 1.2/1.3 and DTLS 1.2

  • The RoSo Device Management interacts with an IO-GATE with limited exposure of sensitive information. Regardless of deployment model, the RoSo Device Management can never access personal information that could reveal information about the user or the use case.
